I'm Nicole Cartwright - founder of V-Suite HQ, qualified Life Coach, career and leadership specialist, Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Two decades working alongside women in leadership.

The same gap kept appearing: capable women doing the work, showing up - with no one in their corner who actually knew them. Plenty of people willing to tell them what to do, but nobody skilled at helping them find out for themselves.
